The vendors moved their furniture out and Ali moved her furniture in. The difference was amendable. The vendors thought they would need to re-paint but Ali guided them to invest in furniture and styling instead, and the result was superb.

The end result was strong attendance at open houses, over 150 people at the auction and eight bidders. The auction yielded a sale over $200,000 above reserve. I believe that Ali’s work contributed strongly to that great result.
